Namely, it is located in the extreme northern part of the city, on the very shore of Lake Ohrid, and in its assembly will include various contents that will increase the attractiveness of the object and at the same time will move the urban concept of that part of the city. The new facility is a Congress Center with seven congress halls, which include all technical, accompanying and common rooms in its program. As part of the congress center, 7 halls are planned, one congress hall with a capacity of 1000 people, three halls with a capacity of 200 people and three halls with a capacity of 150 people. As part of the building, a hotel part (55 rooms) with all accompanying facilities and an Expo center is planned. The hotel has meeting rooms that can be adapted into presentation rooms, executive lounge, ballroom with kitchen and lobby rooms. Two restaurants with kitchens have been designed, one on the ground level, one on the last, highest floor. In accordance with the conceptual solution, an investment assessment of the entire facility was made.
